Got two quotes, then was told I needed IG's Ok to go ahead with the repair. The car was drivable but my registration was running out in 2 days so it was rather urgent. Came to a dead end r.e. the standard company communication line, so, I emailed the above IG leaders in Australia. My claim was prioritized, approved and given the go ahead within 24 hours. Drove the car to the repairer that afternoon 13/3/25 (yesterday). I am very happy with the outcome and want to say thank you to the leaders and staff of Innovation Group (Australia and Global) In appreciation Shaun Garvey
